How much money can I commet?
You are able to request up to 100% of your commission owed to you. This is after your agreed split with your office and any other deductions you may have from the campaign (such as agent paid marketing etc.)
How quickly do I receive the money?
Once we have received all requested documents and you have been approved, you can expect to have your money within a maximum of 4hours (often within the hour).
Who uses Commet?
We are a service that specialises solely on real estate sales people.
Do I need a good credit rating to use Commet?
No. Commet provides invoice financing on your Commission.
Is the service confidential?
Commet is an entirely confidential service.
Are there any lock in contract periods?
There are no lock in contract periods. Commet is here to use when you would like to utilise it.
Will my vendors know I used Commet?
As the service is completely confidential your vendors will have no knowledge of you using Commet. As the vendors agent you and your agency account to the vendors up until settlement as you generally would.
Will there be a Credit mark on my Credit File.
No. Given we are advancing your invoice – there will be no mark on your Individual Credit file.
What happens in the event the sale falls over and does not settle?
As we solely service the real estate sales industry we know the risk of this occurring is very minimal. We only forward commissions on unconditional sales that have been signed on agreements that underwrite the agent being retained their commissions even in the unlikely event of a settlement falling over. In the event settlement gets pushed back we offer a 7 day grace period. We charge penalty interest at the rate of advance for any delayed settlements beyond this.
How does Commet stay in touch with me regarding my Commet advance?
You will receive email updates throughout the course of the approval process. Once approved, we will contact you approaching settlement to confirm settlement dates have not changed. Fees, charges and payments

How much does it cost?
There are no upfront cash fees or on going annual fees that are payable to use the service. Your Commet fee depends on the amount you wish to advance and the length of your settlement period. Fees are clearly outlined prior to you agreeing to move forward with the advance.
When and how do I repay Commet?
Commet is a very easy service to use, we simply direct debit the commission from your account once settlement has occurred.
Are Commet fees tax deductable?
Yes they are. Similar to interest payments Commet fees are deductable if utilised for the running of your business. We recommend checking with your accountant to verify this with your personal situation.
Can I pay my Commet back early?
Your Commet is directly debited from your nominated account after settlement has occurred.
How do I receive the commission?
